Meditation

It is very good.
I don't have ever been meditation.
By meditating, I feel calm down.
I'm realexing.
When I'm in home alone, if I do that, It is good for health to meditate.
I can do it easily. So I think that it is useful.
I recommend it for everyone.
However, if you are so tired, you should better do that later.
If not, you are likely to fall into a sleep.
