Long time ago, i heard that meditation is good for health and reducing stress.
but i never have been to mediate so far. so today, it is first time to meditation.
when meditation's music started, i felt comfortable and peaceful. and my heart is calm down.
and then i thought my mother's face. but after few minutes, i felt more and more sleep.....T.T
so after all, i slept...
because women's voice of narration is very slow and low sound.
it looks like the song that my mother sang a song at night when i was childhood.
if i have a chace to listen meditation's song again, i try to do meditation with yoga :)
