about meditation
After I heard this sounds, I feel that my heart is being full. The voice of sounds is very sweet so It made me comportable. Also, I could imagine something about me. I think this meditation is good for my mental health. Because I feel comportable and peaceful during the meditation. For example, I feel something like that I'm on the green grass and breath fresh air. After hearing this meditation, I feel better than before.
