http://www.wabi.tv/news/6662/eating-disorders-more-common-than-you-may-think
I read Eating Disorders-more common than you may think. frankly speaking, I had a experience eating disorder. I use to eat excessive quantities of food, always under the stress of fat. but I couldn't stop eating food. The more I feel nervous, the more I ate food. I was becoming fat. It was a vicious circle cycle. It was really really serious.
Have you ever been experienced eating disorder like me? It is not special, not except for you. Eating disorders is more common than you may think(especially, It spread wide women). Actually, eating disorders, which include anorexia nervosa, bulimia, are estimated to impact about 10million people in the USA. eating disorders touch the lives of many, many people in your city, town, or community. It is very serious.
But, The sooner that treatment starts for an eating disorder, the easier it is to treat. Eating disorders don't usually go away by themselves. so we have to prevent from getting it.

  1. You are very brave for sharing your own binge eating experience. I have done this too...keeping busy all the time helps me to not binge eat.
