HI I'M OK
Let me introduce my body to my classroom students and teacher.
First My major is physical education. Then I have good health and spirit.
I tried health for my body. after my class finish I eat lunch and take a nap.
Then, I go to the swimming pool(Ball gym) at 4:00 p.m and swimming
for 2 hours every days.
I like swim, because I have been swimming in the elementary school .
That I'm a good swimmer and swimming.
Also, I do pump iron and work out that is such as running.
I do lift a lot of weight and running two miles.
I make strong muscles, and muscle made me more good health.
peoples think running and go on a fast important for diet(good health.)
But! I learned that running and go on a fast important but, more important
make a muscles and regular eating in my exercise&health class.
I'm going to regular exercise and eating.

4:00~6:00 always I go to the in the Ball State univ pool.
