I read one article about America’s obesity problem in internet. The article said Americans increased overweight or obese. Furthermore, the prevalence of obesity almost doubled from about 15 percent in 1980 to 27 percent in 1999. And BMI(Body Mass Index : A BMI of or more is considered overweight and one of or more reflects obesity) increase into account. Children as well as household pets are affected. Many experts said obesity will lead to increased deaths from disease. Also many people who didn’t diet and exercise behaviors rise many problems. Both sides of the simple equation of weight maintenance : calorie intake equals calorie output.
I think that they change eating habit and have many exercise in free time.
